This study aims to examine the effect of feeding concentrates containing fermented corn cobs flour with
different levels on the blood profile of erythrocytes, leukocytes and hematocrit of local female goats. The
research material was 9 female peanut goats, aged 4-6 months with a body weight of 11-14kg (average
11.83kg). The method used is the experimental method with Completely Randomized Design (CRD) is the
design used and there are 3 treatments and 3 replications. The treatment in this study was R0 = adlibitum
field grass + 180g concentrate without fermented corncob flour (1% of body weight), R1 = adlibitum field
grass + 180g concentrate containing 10% fermented corncob flour (1% of body weight). , R2 = adlibitum
field grass + 180g concentrate containing 20% fermented corncob flour (1% of body weight). The results
showed that the erythrocyte blood profile (106/mm3) R0 = (8.392), R1 = (8.392), R2 = (9.459); leukocytes
(103/mm3) R0=(7,100), R1=(6,100), R2= (7,367), and hematocrit (%) R0= (33,45), R1= (30,70), R2= (38,
21). The data obtained were analyzed using Analysis OfVarience (ANOVA). The results showed that the
treatment had no significant effect (P>0.05) on erythrocytes, leukocytes and hematocrit values. The
conclusion of this study was that the feeding concentrate containing fermented corn cobs flour with different
levels gave a relatively equal effect on the treatment in concentrate feed on the blood profile (erythrocytes,
leukocytes, hematocrit value) of female peanut goats.
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji pengaruh dari pemberian pakan konsentrat yang memiliki kandungan
tepung tongkol jagung fermentasi dengan level yang berbeda terhadap profil darah eritrosit, leokosit dan
hematokrit ternak kambing betina lokal. Materi penelitian adalah ternak kambing kacang betina sebanyak 9
ekor, berumur 4-6 bulan yang memiliki bobot badan 11-14 kg (rataan 11,83 kg). Metode yang digunakan
ialah metode eksperimen dengan Rancangan Acak Lengkap (RAL) merupakan rancangan yang digunkan dan
terdapat 3 perlakuan dan 3 ulangan. Adapun perlakuan dari penelitian kali ini ialah R0 = rumput lapangan
adlibitum + 180g konsentrat tanpa tepung tongkol jagung tefermentasi (1% dari berat badan), R1= rumput
lapangan adlibitum + 180g konsentrat mengandung 10% tepung tongkol jagung terfermentasi (1% dari berat
badan), R2 = rumput lapangan adlibitum + 180g konsentrat mengandung 20% tepung tongkol jagung
terfermentasi (1% dari berat badan). Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa profil darah eritrosit (106/mm3)
R0=(8.392), R1= (8.392), R2=(9.459); leukosit (103/mm3) R0=(7.100), R1=(6.100), R2= (7.367), dan
hematokrit (%) R0= (33,45), R1= (30,70), R2= (38,21). Data yang diperoleh dianalisis menggunakan Analysis
Of Varience (ANOVA). Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa perlakuan berpengaruh tidak nyata (P>0,05)
terhadap eritrosit, leukosit dan nilai hematokrit. Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini adalah pemberian pakan
konsentrat mengandung tepung tongkol jagung terfermentasi dengan level yang berbeda memberikan
pengaruh yang relatif sama terhadap perlakuan dalam pakan konsentrat terhadap profil darah (eritrosit,
leukosit, nilai hematokrit) kambing kacang betina.
