Subtitusi Pakan Konsentrat Mengandung Tepung Daun Binahong (Anredera cordifolia ten, Steeni) Dalam Ransum Terhadap Status Fisiologis Kambing Lokal Jantan

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui Subtitusi pakan konsentrat mengandung tepung daun binahong (Anredera cordifolia Ten Steenis) terhadap status fisiologis kambing local jantan. Ternak yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah ternak kambing local jantan sebanyak  9 ekor  yang berumur antara 7-8 bulan dengan kisaran berat badan ternak 16kg -18kg  dengan rataan 16,67kg dan koefisien varians1,85%. Rancangan Acak Lengkap (RAL) yaitu 3 perlakuan dan 3 ulangan digunakan dalam penelitian. Yakni perlakuan R0: pemberian pakan konsentrat tanpa tepung daun binahong R1: pemberian pakan konsentrat mengandung 10 % tepung daun binahong R2: pemberian pakan konsentrat mengandung 20 % tepung daun binahong. Data yang diperoleh dianalisis menggunakan Analysis Of Variance (ANOVA). Hasil penelitian diperoleh nilai Suhu Rektal (0C) RO; 37,28 ± 1,55a, R1;38,07 ± 0,26a R2: 38,44 ± 0,23a, (kali/menit) Frekuensi Pernapasan (kali/menit) R0;18,53 ± 2,20aR1;20,93 ± 0,83a R2;21,60 ± 1,59a (kali/menit) Denyut Jantung (kali/mennit) R0;80,73 ± 20,59aR1;85,07 ± 6,27aR2;90,07 ± 11,49a (kali/menit). Hasil analisis ragam menunjukkan bahwa perlakuan berpengaruh tidak nyata (P>0,05). Kesimpulan bahwa penggunaan tepung daun binahong sebesar20% dapat menggantikan dedak padi sebesar 18% dan jagung giling sebesar 9% sebagai campuran pakan konsentrat untuk ternak kambing lokal jantan.

ABSTRACT
This study aims to determine the substition of concentrate containing binahong leaf flour (Anredera cordifolia Ten Steenis) on the physiological status of male local goats. The livestock used in this study were 9 male local goats aged between 7-8 months with a body weight range of 16kg -18kg with an average of 16.67kg and a coefficient of variance of 1.85%. Completely Randomized Design (CRD) consisting of  3 treatments and 3 replications was used in the study. as for the treatment, namely; R0: concentrate feed without binahong leaf meal R1: concentrate feed contains 10% binahong leaf meal R2: concentrate feed contains 20% binahong leaf meal. The data obtained were analyzed using Analysis Of Variance (ANOVA). The research results obtained the value of rectal temperature (0C) RO; 37.28 ± 1.55a. R1;38.07 ± 0.26a R2: 38.44 ± 0.23a.; Respiratory Frequency (kali/menit) R0;18.53 ± 2.20a R1;20.93 ± 0.83a. R2;21.60 ± 1.59a; Heart rate (kali/mennit) R0;80.73 ± 20.59aR1;85.07 ± 6.27a R2;90.07 ± 11.49a. The results of the analysis of variance showed that the treatment had no significant effect (P> 0.05).The conclusion is that the use ofbinahong leaf flour by 20% can replace rice bran by 18% and milled corn by 9% and can affect the physiological status of male kaang goat livestock.
