Pengaruh Pemberian Pakan Komplit Berbasis Silase Batang Pisang dengan Level yang Berbeda terhadap Konsumsi dan Kecernaan Bahan Kering serta Protein Kasar Sapi Bali Penggemukan
The Impact of Complete Feeding on Fatting Bali Cow Consumption and Digestation of Dry Matter and Crude Protein Based on Banana Stem Silage with Different Levels

The aim of this study was to determine the effect of complete feed based on banana stem silage with different levels on the consumption and digestibility of dry matter and crude protein of fattening Balinese cattle. The study used 12 male Balinese cattle with an age range of 1-1.5 years, a body weight range of 80.5-97 kg with an average of 89.14kg and a CV of 10.07%. The method in this study used an experimental method, using a Complete Randomized Design (CRD) consisting of 4 treatments and 3 replications. The treatments were P0= complete feed (20% concentrates + 80% banana stem silage), P1= complete feed (30% concentrates + 70% banana stem silage), P2= complete feed (40% concentrates + 60% banana stem silage), P3= complete feed (50% concentrate + 50% banana stem silage). From the results of the study, the average consumption of dry matter (g/h/d) P0 = 3063.36; P1= 3178.43; P2= 3268.64; P3= 3073.75, crude protein consumption (g/h/d) P0=349.45; P1= 376.56; P2= 402.23; P3= 392.96, digestibility of dry matter (%) P0= 69.74; P1= 72.58; P2= 75.84; P3= 76.34, crude protein digestibility (%) P0= 64.46; P1= 65.97; P2=70.17; P3= 70.57. The results of statistical analysis show that treatment had significantly effect (P<0,05) on crude protein consumption and not significantly effect (P>0.05) on dry matter consumption, dry matter digestibility and crude protein digestibility. From the results and discussion, it can be concluded that the provision of complete feed based on banana stem silage with the addition of 40-50% concentrate can increase crude protein consumption as 380,30 g/h/d and provide the same response to dry matter consumption, dry mater digestibility, and crude protein digestibility of fattening bali cattle each of 3146,05 g/h/d; 73,62 %; and 67,79 %.

ABSTRAK
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh pemberian pakan komplit berbasis silase batang pisang dengan level yang berbeda terhadap konsumsi dan kecernaan bahan kering serta protein kasar pada sapi Bali penggemukan. Ternak yang digunakan dalam penelitian sebanyak 12 ekor sapi Bali jantan bakalan dengan kisaran umur 1-1,5 tahun, kisaran berat badan 80,5-97 kg dengan rataan 89,14 kg dan KV 10,07%. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode percobaan, menggunakan Rancangan Acak Lengkap (RAL) yang terdiri dari 4 perlakuan dan 3 ulangan. Adapun perlakuan dalam penelitian adalah P0= pakan komplit (20% konsentrat + 80% silase batang pisang), P1= pakan komplit (30% konsentrat + 70% silase batang pisang), P2= pakan komplit (40% konsentrat + 60% silase batang pisang), P3= pakan komplit (50% konsentrat + 50% silase batang pisang). Dari hasil penelitian diperoleh rataan konsumsi bahan kering (g/e/h) P0= 3063,36; P1= 3178,43; P2= 3268,64; P3= 3073,75, konsumsi protein kasar (g/e/h) P0=349,45; P1= 376,56; P2= 402,23; P3= 392,96, kecernaan bahan kering (%) P0= 69,74; P1= 72,58; P2= 75,84; P3= 76,34, kecernaan protein kasar (%) P0= 64,46; P1= 65,97; P2=70,17; P3= 70,57. Hasil analisis statistik menunjukkan bahwa perlakuan berpengaruh nyata (P<0,05) terhadap konsumsi protein kasar dan berpengaruh tidak nyata (P>0,05) terhadap konsumsi bahan kering, kecernaan bahan kering dan kecernaan protein kasar. Dari hasil dan pembahasan diatas dapat disimpulkan bahwa pemberian pakan komplit berbasis silase batang pisang dengan penambahan konsentrat sampai 40-50% mampu meningkatkan konsumsi protein kasar sebesar 380,30 g/e/h dan memberikan respon yang sama terhadap konsumsi bahan kering, kecernaan bahan kering serta kecernaan protein kasar sapi Bali penggemukan masing-masing sebesar 3146,05 g/e/h; 73,62 %; serta 67,79 %.
