Pengaruh Level Larutan Bokashi Kotoran Sapi Pada Sistem Hidroponik terhadap Pertumbuhan Fodder Jagung

The research was carried out in Oeltua Village, Kupang Regency, East Nusa Tenggara (NTT) Province. From August 2020 to September 2020. The purpose of the study was to determine the growth of hydroponic corn fodder from the addition of cow manure bokashi solution with deffernt level . This study was designed based on a randomized block design (RAK) with 4 treatments 3 replications. P0 = 1000 ml of water without bokashi solution, P1 = 950 ml of water + 50 ml of bokashi solution / day, P2 = 900 ml of water + 100 ml of bokashi solution / day and P3 850 ml of water + 150 ml of bokashi solution / day. The variables studied in this study were plant growth, (Plant height, viability and shoot root ratio) corn fodder. The data obtained were analyzed by analysis of Variance (Anova) (Steel and Torrie, 1995). The results showed that the average plant height of fodder corn at P0 = 46.50 cm/tray, P1 = 51.49 cm/tray, P2 = 56.26 cm/tray, P3 = 59.31cm/tray while the average viability P0 = 60.30%, Pl = 63.59%, P2 = 63.97%, P3 = 71.79%, and the average shoot root ratio P0 = 0.079%, P1 = 0.2%, P2 = 0, 2%, P3 = 0.287%. The results of the variance test showed that the application of cow manure bokashi solution had no significant effect (P<0.05) on plant height, viability and shoot root ratio of corn fodder. It was concluded that the effect of giving the level of bokashi solution of cow manure had no effect on plant height, viability and shoot root ratio of corn fodder. However, there is a tendency to increase the growth of corn fodder with increasing levels of cow manure bokashi solution.

Penelitian telah dilakukan di Desa Oeltua, Kabupaten Kupang, Provinsi Nusa Tenggara Timur (NTT). Sejak bulan Agustus 2020 sampai September 2020. Tujuan penelitian adalah untuk mengetahui pertumbuhan dari fodder jagung hidroponik yang diberi larutan bokashi kotoran sapi, dengan level berbeda. Penelitian menggunakan rancangan acak kelompok (RAK) dengan 4 perlakuan 3 ulangan. Perlakuan P0 = 1000 ml air tanpa larutan bokashi, P1= 950 ml air + 50 ml larutan bokashi/ hari, P2 = 900 ml air + 100 ml larutan bokashi/ hari dan P3 = 850 ml air + 150 ml larutan bokashi/ hari. Variabel yang diteliti yaitu Pertumbuhan Fodder Jagung, (tinggi tanaman, daya tumbuh dan rasio tajuk akar ). Data yang diperoleh dianalisis dengan mengunakananalisis ragam/Analysis of variance (Anova) (Steel dan Torrie, 1995).Hasil penelitian diperoleh rata-rata pertumbuhan tinggi tanaman fodder jagung pada P0= 46,50 cm/nampan, P1= 51,49 cm/nampan, P2 = 56,26 cm/nampan, P3 = 59,31 cm/nampan sedangkan rataan daya tumbuh P0 = 60,30%, P1 = 63,59% , P2 = 63,97%, P3 = 71,79% dan rataan rasio tajuk akar P0 = 0,079%, P1 = 0,2%, P2 = 0,2%, P3 = 0,287%.Hasil Sidik ragam menunjukkan bahwa pemberian larutan bokashi kotoran sapi berpengaruh tidak nyata (P>0,05) terhadap tinggi tanaman, daya tumbuh dan rasio tajuk akar fodder jagung. Simpulan bahwa pemberian level larutan bokashi kotoran sapi berpengaruh tidak nyata terhadap tinggi tanaman, daya tumbuh dan rasio tajuk akar fodder jagung. Namun ada kecenderungan peningkatan pertumbuhan fodder jagung dengan semakin meningkatnya level larutan bokashi kotoran sapi.
