Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh Substitusi Jagung dengan Kombinasi Tepung Umbi Talas, Daun Kelor Dan Minyak Kelapa (TUTDKMK) terhadap persentase karkas, non karkas, lemak abdominal dan bobot giblet ayam broiler. Metode penelitian yang digunakan ialah Rancangan Acak Lengkap (RAL) dengan 4 perlakuan dan 6 ulangan. Setiap petak pelakuan terdiri dari 4 ekor ayam. Perlakuan yang diberikan dalam penelitian ini ialah R0= Jagung + Konsentrat + 0% kombinasi TUTDKMK, R1= jagung + konsentrat + 33,33% kombinasi TUTDKMK, R2= Jagung + Konnsentrat + 66,67% kombinasi TUTDKMK, dan R3= Konsentrat + 100% kombinasi TUTDKMK. Ransum perlakuan disusun berdasarkan iso energi dan iso protein sesuai dengan kebutuhan ayam broiler fase starter dan fase finisher.Variabel yang diukur ialah persentase karkas, persentase non karkas, persentase lemak abdominal, dan persentase bobot giblet ayam broiler. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian diketahui bahwa substitusi jagung dengan kombinasi tepung umbi talas, daun kelor dan minyak kelapa dapat mengganti jagung hingga level 66,67% terhadap persentase karkas dan lemak abdominal ayam broiler.
This study aims to determine the effect of substitution of corn with a combination of taro tuber flour, moringa leaves and coconut oil (TTFMLCO) on the percentage of carcass, non-carcas, abdominal fat and giblet weight of broiler chikens. The research method used was a completely randomized design (CRD) with 4 treatments and 6 replications. Each treatments plot consisted of 4 chikens. The treatment given in this study is R0= Corn + Consentrate + 0% combination of TTFMLCO, R1= Corn + Concentrate + 33,33% combination of TTFMLCO, R2= Corn + Concentrate +66,67% combination of TTFMLCO and R3= Concentrate + 100% combination of TTFMLCO. The research ration was prepared based on iso energy and iso protein according to the needs of broiler chickens in the starter phase and finished phase. Variable measured were the percentage of carcass, percentase of nono-carcass, percentage of abdominal fat and percentage of giblet weight of broiler chickens. Based on the result of the study it is known that substitutioncorn with a combination of taro tuber flour, moringa leaves and coconut oil can match replace corn up to 66,67% of the percentage of carcass and abdominal fat of broiler chickens.
